Is it natural hearing? Not really, but it's VERY clear. I know that I will get used to them and enjoy understanding speech SO much better, YES. And I can't wait to spend a whole day in them tomorrow. My husband needs a set! So glad they are so affordable.

I've been wearing these hearing aids for about 2 weeks and I highly recommend them to anyone with mild to moderate hearing loss. The trick to them is to get them into your ears just right. While online and the manual says to push them in while pulling your ear outwards, that's fine, but they will whistle terribly. The key is to give them a gentle pull on the removal tab, just a fraction of a mm, enough to seat the dome and seal it in the ear canal. Once they are in and there's no whistling, you can go on to the volume and environmental setting. I found that listening to the radio in the car was a great way to set volume for voice and music. I use environmental setting 2 and 4 clicks up from the low base setting (3 beeps). They are very comfortable to wear 16+ hours/day and recharge in the case every night. The battery lasts about 6 days in the case before it needs to be recharged. Best of all is the free shipping worldwide on hearing aids and supplies. I like the brown (or black?) domes as i find them to be a little heavier than the clear domes, which seem to be quite flimsy. For the price, they are a great hearing aid. I find that I'm wearing them every day because they are so versatile. I can wear them outside in the wind with no problems and I can wear a hat. Try doing that with behind the ear hearing aids.
