ChosgoHearing recommends you try the hearing aids for a minimum of 21 days because medical studies show that your brain requires about three weeks to adjust to new hearing aids. However, this minimal trial period is not required, and you can return your hearing aids at any time within 45 days from the date of delivery as reported by shipment tracking.

We want you to be fully satisfied with our hearing aids. If you are unhappy with or unable to benefit from them, you can return them to us within 45 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.  

If you encounter an issue or problem with our product, please take a moment to contact our customer service via 'support@chosgohearing.com' to let us have an opportunity to make things right for you. If we are unable to resolve your issue, you can exchange or return items purchased from us in their original, undamaged condition within 45 days from receipt of the shipment.

Tips：
Adapting to your hearing aids will take some time. Top audiologists recommend 3 weeks in order for your brain to adapt to wearing hearing aids. The recommended schedule for getting used to your hearing aids is as follows:
Start by wearing your hearing aids for at least 1-2 hours per day while living your normal routine around the house in order to acclimate your ears to your hearing aids. It is normal to get irritated by the fit of your hearing aids during the first few weeks.
During the second week, start wearing your hearing aids outdoors. As your ears acclimate to the hearing aid, extend the use to 3-4 hours per day. At this point, you will start to notice little sounds you were unable to hear before.
By the end of the third week, you can start having regular outdoor conversations at any volume, whether you're at a crowded restaurant or at work. You are now acclimated to the hearing aids!

• 1-year manufacturer’s warranty

1-year manufacturer’s warranty covers defective products and will guarantee a free replacement in the case of a defective product. This does not cover broken, lost, or water-damaged products.

• Returns & Exchanges Requirements

You have to first contact us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA number).

Note: Any items sent without an RMA number will not be processed and will be returned to the sender.

The package is in its original (undamaged, with no missing components or packing). We may ask you to provide some pictures or videoes before your exchanges or returns. We reserved the right to refuse if the product is returned damaged, or suffered damage due to improper handing or inappropriately packaged.

• Processing Time

Please allow 7—10 business days from the time we receive your return to process your refund.Once a refund has been processed it will take up to 7-15 business days for the credit to show up on your account.We will issue your refund back to the credit card you used at the time of purchase.  We will send you an email confirmation when we receive your return and when we refund your order.

• Fees You May Need to Pay

1.Shipping Fee & Customs fees

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us and the Customs fees. We will deduct the cost of fees from the refund.

2.Handling Fee

Receiving Bank and Credit Card Center Chargebacks and Chargebacks Processing Fees

3.For damaged or products missing components or packaging

Chosgo Hearing aids reserves the right to access re-stocking fees up to 20% of the original purchase price.

4.The protection plan will take effect after the product is received. If there is a product return, the protection plan service cannot be refunded.
