  • Shipping Fee

Free shipping on all orders.  And we will ship with U.S. Postal Service, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground services.

  • Shipping Time

  • We ship within 1-3 business days after your order is placed and you should receive the products in 7-14 work days
  • Most of Chosgo’s instock products are shipped from the China - Our warehouse is based in xiamen fujian.
  • Since we also ship to different countries, we've partnered with manufacturers and distributors around the globe to ensure that only products of the highest quality standards are delivered to you in no time. For presale orders & international orders, you may receive the item from any of these warehouses.
  • Different warehouses mean that sometimes your order may come in different packages at different times, but that's about it. No worries, we'll keep you informed with tracking numbers of different packages.
  • TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

  • Once your order has been billed you will receive a shipment confirmation email that confirms that your order has been shipped from our Distribution Center. You can check the status of your order by reviewing your order on your account. Please enter your tracking number to track your order,click here
  • Tracking information may not be available for the first 3 business days after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 3 working days have passed and you are still unable to track your order, please send an email to support@chosgohearing.com or chat us online .We will get back to you within 24 business hours (Monday – Friday)
  • LOST PACKAGE?

  • If the tracking information for your package says the package was "delivered," first double-check the area where the carrier would have left it. Ask neighbors too in case the package was dropped at the wrong door. Also, look for any "attempted delivery" notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home. If you still don't see anything, wait until the end of the next day, because some carriers' electronic systems may show the package as delivered, even when it's still on the way. Still no luck? Call the carrier with your tracking number for more information.

  • Please note that UPS ,USPS,FedEx do not guarantee arrival dates of packages.
  • Transit begins the first business day after an order is shipped.
  • Unfortunately shipping costs cannot be refunded for packages delayed due to adverse weather conditions.
  • Our shipping partners do their best to ensure you receive your package on time, however occasional delays do occur. Chosgo official cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable events such as:
