1-Year Protection Plan
The Chosgo Protection Plan can only be purchased when Customers buy new hearing aids and at the moment they pay for the new product. it will not be available for used devices.
If you have purchased our chosgo 1-year protection plan, you can replace any broken, lost, or water-damaged product for our exclusive member price rather than paying full price for another pair. The plan provides the following coverage:
If hearing aids are determined to be itself defective, the customer will be given a free replacement(1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty).
If the hearing aids are lost, broken, or water damaged, the customer can purchase a new pair for the exclusive protection plan member price(within 1 years).
If the product is returned new/unopened within 45 days of when the customer initially received their package, they will be refunded fully for the warranty purchase.
If the customer uses their hearing aids and keeps the product longer than 45 days, the customer will be considered as having used the warranty and non-refundable.

This plan provides 100% protection from any and all types of accidental damage (except malfunction caused by earwax buildup)
How long does the coverage last?
This contract period lasts for 1 years from the date of purchase of the hearing aid.
What will Chosgo do?
If we are unable to resolve the failure of the hearing aid itself, Chosgowill send you a replacement pair of the same model (up to once a year)
