This warranty covers original defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, liquid contact, loss, or damage to accessories.

Warranty Claim Process:
To initiate a claim, the purchaser must provide clear photos or videos that depict the defect, along with a detailed description. Our customer service team will review the submission to confirm if it qualifies as an original manufacturing defect.

Coverage and Replacement Terms:

Scenario A: Defect Discovered Within 90 Days of Use
Upon confirmation of an original defect:

1. If used for ≤ 45 days: You will receive a free replacement of the same product. No shipping fees are required, and you do not need to return the original item.

2. If used for > 45 days but ≤ 90 days: You will receive a free replacement of the same product. A 50% shipping fee applies, and you do not need to return the original item.

Scenario B: Defect Discovered Between 91 and 360 Days of Use
Upon confirmation of an original defect, you may choose ONE of the following options:

1. Free Repair: Return the product (customer bears shipping costs) for free repair. We will return the repaired product to you.

2. Discounted Replacement: Purchase a brand new replacement unit of the same product at a discounted price.

   • For defects confirmed between 91 - 180 days: Replacement price is 15% of the current retail price.

   • For defects confirmed between 181 - 360 days: Replacement price is 30% of the current retail price.

At Chosgo, we believe that quality products must stand the test of time. We recommend that you try the hearing aids for at least 28 days, as research shows that the brain typically requires 4–6 weeks to adapt to new hearing aid sounds. However, this is only a scientific recommendation—you have a full 45-day decision period. Within 45 days of receiving your product, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following protections:

1. Free Exchange
If you encounter any issues with the product during use, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@chosgohearing.com to activate the 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty. We value every opportunity to improve and will do our utmost to resolve the issue for you.
If the problem cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, you may exchange it free of charge for the same model or pay the price difference to upgrade to another model within 45 days of receipt.

2. Full Refund
If you are dissatisfied or feel the product does not meet your expectations, and you do not wish to exchange it, simply return the product within 45 days of receipt to receive a full refund of the purchase price.

3. Return Conditions
To ensure smooth processing of refunds or exchanges, returned products must be in their original, undamaged condition and include all original accessories and packaging.

Tips：
Adapting to your hearing aids will take some time. Top audiologists recommend 6 weeks in order for your brain to adapt to wearing hearing aids. 
The recommended schedule for getting used to your hearing aids is as follows:

• During the firs week, start at least 1-2 hours per day while living your normal routine around the house in order to acclimate your ears to your hearing aids. It is normal to get irritated by the fit of your hearing aids during the first few weeks.
  
• During the second week, start add some fun. As your ears acclimate to the hearing aid, extend the use to 3-4 hours per day. At this point, you can watch a TV show, linsten to a audiobook .
• During the third week, start wearing your hearing aids outdoors. As your ears acclimate to the hearing aid, extend the use to 4-6 hours per day. At this point, you can walk in the park, chat with neighbor.
• During the four week, do some challenges. As your ears acclimate to the hearing aid, extend the use to 6-8 hours per day. At this point, you can go to a restaurant, go to a grocery store.
• During the five week, into a advanced. As your ears acclimate to the hearing aid, extend the use to 8-10 hours per day. At this point, you can attend big gathering, dine in a busy place.
• By the end of the six week, Congratulations, you ready to go. You can wear it all day, can start having regular outdoor conversations at any volume, whether you're at a crowded restaurant or at work. You are now acclimated to the hearing aids!
  
  

• Return Requirements

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition, including all accessories and packaging. We may request photos or videos for verification. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are damaged, improperly handled, or lack an RMA number.

• Processing Timeline

Refund Processing: Please allow 7-10 business days from our receipt of your return for processing.

Credit Posting: Once processed, it may take an additional 7-15 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Notifications: You will receive email confirmations when we receive your return and when your refund is issued.

• Fees You May Need to Pay

1.Shipping Fee & Customs fees

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us and the Customs fees. We will deduct the cost of fees from the refund.

2.Handling Fee

Receiving Bank and Credit Card Center Chargebacks and Chargebacks Processing Fees

3.For damaged or products missing components or packaging

Chosgo Hearing aids reserves the right to access re-stocking fees up to 20% of the original purchase price.

4.The protection plan will take effect after the product is received. If there is a product return, the protection plan service cannot be refunded.
