Every CHOSGO hearing aid automatically includes a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty at no additional cost.

This protection covers original manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Manufacturer Warranty Resolution

Scenario A — Manufacturing Defect Found Within First 90 Days

After defect verification:

Used 45 Days or Less

  • Free replacement of the same product
  • No shipping fee
  • Original product return not required

Used 46–90 Days

  • Free replacement of the same product
  • Customer pays us$25.9 shipping cost
  • Original product return not required

Scenario B — Manufacturing Defect Found Between Day 91–360

Choose ONE option:

Option 1 — Free Repair

  • Customer ships device to CHOSGO, and pay return shipping fee.
  • Repair service is free
  • CHOSGO covers reship to customer shipping fees

Option 2 — Discounted Replacement

Day 91–180:

  • New replacement unit available for 25% of current retail price (discounts excluded)

Day 181–360:

  • New replacement unit available for 38% of current retail price (discounts excluded)

2、Optional CHOSGO Protection Plan (Expanded Coverage)

For customers seeking broader protection, CHOSGO offers optional CHOSGO Protection Plans.

Important Coverage Rule

The Protection Plan already includes all Manufacturer Warranty benefits.

If a CHOSGO Protection Plan has been purchased:

✓ Additional accidental protection becomes available

Customers with Protection Plans will receive service according to Protection Plan terms.

Customers without Protection Plans receive Manufacturer Warranty coverage only.

If hearing aids are lost, damaged, or water affected:

Replacement units available at:

For retail prices of $200 or less, pay 45% of the current retail price (discounts excluded).

For retail prices of more $200, pay 40% of the current retail price (discounts excluded).

Trade-In Upgrade Benefit

During the active coverage period of the CHOSGO Protection Plan, customers can enjoy exclusive trade-in upgrade privileges.

Eligible Products:
Trade-in upgrades apply to all OTC hearing aids available in the official CHOSGO store.

Trade-In Pricing:
Customers may purchase a new OTC hearing aid at 40% of the current standard retail price (excluding discounts).

CHOSGO Protection Plan Activation

Protection automatically activates once the hearing aids are received.

Available options:

  • 1-Year Protection Plan
  • 2-Year Protection Plan
  • 3-Year Protection Plan

Coverage terms remain identical; only protection duration changes.

3、Out-of-Coverage Support (After Warranty or CHOSGO Protection Plan Expires)

Even after your coverage period ends, CHOSGO remains committed to helping customers.

4、 Return the item within 45 days(45-Day Risk-Free Trial)

Every CHOSGO purchase includes a 45-Day Trial Period.

Research suggests hearing aid users often need 4–6 weeks to fully adapt to hearing aid sounds. While adaptation time varies, customers have a full 45 days to decide.

If you are not satisfied:

Free Exchange

If you experience issues:

  1. Contact support
  2. Please describe the problem you encountered in detail.
  3. Allow our team an opportunity to resolve the issue

If resolution is unsuccessful:

✓ Exchange for same model at no charge

OR

✓ Upgrade to another model by paying only the price difference

Full Refund

If you decide the product is not right for you:

Return within 45 days for a refund.

Refund excludes:

  • Protection Plan fees
  • Customs duties
  • Banking processing fees

5、Return Requirements

Returned items must:

✓ Get the Return Authorization (RMA) and Return Address from Customer Support.

✓ Include original accessories

✓ Include original packaging

✓The product is intact (without any human-caused damage).

✓ Provide your return tracking number

Photos or videos may be requested for verification.

CHOSGO reserves the right to reject returns that are incomplete, damaged beyond reasonable use, or improperly handled.


6、Refund Processing Timeline

after receiving returned products.

Refund Posting

Banks and payment providers may require:

7–15 additional business days

for refund posting.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipment Tracking

Shipping carriers and customs processing times vary.

7、Fees That May Apply

1. Return Shipping & Customs Fees

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Customs duties fees
  • Receiving bank processing charges

Applicable fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Restocking Fee (If Applicable)

If returned products are damaged, incomplete, or missing accessories or original packaging, CHOSGO reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price.

3. Protection Plan Policy

Protection Plan coverage becomes active once the product has been received.

If the product is returned, CHOSGO Protection Plan fees are non-refundable.


8、Hearing aid adaptation period recommendations

Hearing adaptation takes time.

Many hearing professionals recommend gradually increasing wear time during the first six weeks.

Week 1:

1–2 hours daily at home.

Week 2:

3–4 hours daily with TV, music, or audiobooks.

Week 3:

4–6 hours daily outdoors.

Week 4:

6–8 hours daily in restaurants or stores.

Week 5:

8–10 hours daily in busy environments.

Week 6:

Full-day wear with greater confidence in conversations and daily listening situations.
