I had the hearing aids intermittently a year ...They replace the first one a one week but about the same operation the second one had. I gave up. Since i got a message from Chosgo for their products I want to see what they are offering. Otherwise, my opinion is they sent me a bad product!!!

Hard to know the way to test the volume settings and settings and hi deep to insert the devices

I bought your hearing aids because they have Bluetooth capability. But the Bluetooth does not work very well. Hard to connect and then poor reception. Very buggy Bluetooth. I will be returning them for that reason.

The hearing aids are small enough that they actually fit in my ear canal. Thank goodness.
My ears still itch w/them in. I hope that calms down when I wear them more. Changing loudness & modes is easy. So far I’m happy w/them.

Purchased as a gift for my brother. He is pleased with them and claims they produce a very clear sound, makes an excellent gift as he can now hear what is being said without the need to strain to hear what is being said to him.

I ordered this hearing aids because they are small and hardly visible. They amplify sound very effectively. It is easy to get used to. It has plenty of power to last through the day. I changed them overnight.

I was disappointed the ear buds were still sticking out of my ears so not discreet enough for me.

These Hearing Aids, I was hoping would help solve my problem. I have extremely small ear canals, and my ears are small as well. I cannot get these into a position where I feel they’re not gonna fall out and the more I move them around the more whistles. I would like to maybe try the over Ear models. I was hoping that these would help me.

The hearing aids were exactly as advertised. The sound was excellent and the customer service also excellent. I would totally recommend them.

I can't remember how long it's been since I could hear people clearly. The regular mini was too big for my ear canals. These SmartR smallest fit well work well. I've had other brands that didn't fit and hearing was iffy, they'd fallout. These fit great. I can't praise you enough for the SmartR. If you have small canals these are the ones to get.

This model didn't workout for me. My ears were too small I could hear some. I sent pix to show how they fit. They were very gracious about sending the smallest ones they have. I haven't received those yet but I am looking forward to them.

They worked ok for a little over a week or two now all I hear is the backround noise and they don’t fit in my ears very well. I want a refund
