I think they are a real winner but do take a little time to get used to like you suggested. However I am very very disappointed to find you selling them for $200.00 less than what I paid before I even received them! I paid $534.00 and see them on your website at $299,00 Makes it very hard to recommend you to my other senior friends!....................Terry
This tiny hearing aid fits inside the ear canal like an expensive invisible hearing aids on the market. Does a beautiful job depending on the range of hearing loss. It's a better value than its price. I will recommend this for a moderate hearing loss.
I received the hearing aids today and every time they disconnect from my iPhone I get a loud screech on both hearing aids. Plus the connection and disconnect all of the time.
They have very realistic sound. I am happy with the sound. What I do not like , though it may be due to a learning curve, at about mid range volume the begin to screech very loud. People sitting across the room hear them. This doesn't do my ears a lot of good. I am trying to work this out with the four programs and volume.
Another thing, it seems that every time I remove them from the charger, they need to be reset, and start all over again. They almost work for me but I'm not yet satisfied.
Are your upper quality better in these areas?
I'm 80, I am just beginning to loose higher frequency hearing, but I was bourn with fairly severe tinnitus that has always been a problem to hear past. I like them but not quite there yet.
i placed an order on November 26thn with CHOSGO for hearing aids and never received them. I have not heard a word from them since they said the order was placed.
I'm having trouble with them pairing with my phone after talking to customer support they explained how to fix that and now they work good sound and comfortable. I'm very happy that I got these.

Adjusting the volume is super straightforward. It's lightweight and barely visible. I am very impressed with the sound quality. Highly recommend!

What is amazing about these hearing aids is how it works. It works extremely well. I never had hearing aids that would stay in my ear, not fall off my ear, and be comfortable all day.
Easy to put on and remove, good sound, nice volume control range and they’re very comfortable even though I also wear eyeglasses, too.

Product works well and easy to use. Over the ear design is very light weight and comfortable to wear. Sound quality is very good.
The sound quality is impressive, with excellent clarity that makes conversations and everyday sounds much easier to hear.
I recently bougth model SmartR-Both for my mother. The technology is amazing but this model is problematic for my mother for 2 reasons:
-She find it dificult to insert properly and get tired of wearing it all day.
-Because it's difficult for her to insert properly, she often get feedback noise.
For theses reasons, I wanted to exchange for model V402R Rechargeable BTE hearing aid. The problem was that it has been already 44 days and with the strike at Canada Post, the delay for the exchange would have taken forever. The after sale service at Chosgo did an amazing job with on point, fast and solution oriented communication. At the end, they offer me a substantial reduction on the new model, sending it with a different carrier. This way, my mom will have both model so she can switch when one become less comfortable through the day.
