I'm not sure yet how I feel. I'm still trying to adjust. I keep getting a lot of feedback, so I need to practice getting them in properly. But... I can definitely hear better with them and the size is perfect

They are really small and comfortable and incredibly they have Bluetooth.
I am very pleased accept for one issue which I commented about on the app. When hooked up to bluetooth it seems a week signal, even static sounds that increase when I put the case in my pocket. If the bluetooth issue can be fixed I think I will be very happy.
Have tried many times & have to have the TV volume very high to hear properly.
Too loud for my wife!!
I have hearing aids from another source & can adjust them accordingly but these are not usable for my needs.
I wish to return them.
I will attempt to do so with help as I am a senior citizen & not the most computer literate.
The service dept & customer relations were a great help in assisting in me applying for a refund which I have accepted.

Good communication
I had the hearing aids intermittently a year ...They replace the first one but after one week about the same operation the second one had. I gave up. Otherwise, my opinion is they sent me a bad product!!!
Hard to know the way to test the volume settings and settings and hi deep to insert the devices

Each press of the button (press and release) adjusts the volume by one level, with a total of 9 volume levels. Three beeps indicate the maximum volume is reached, and three beeps also indicate the minimum volume when the button is pressed again. Please read the instruction manual.

I bought Chosgo hearing aids and had a problem. I contacted Chosgo customer service and they responded very quickly and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I'm now a very happy customer. Chosgo customer service will take care of you.

This hearing aid they are worse they do not work too much noise I cannot use it please send me a refund and labor to return it

Based on this video, the indicator light isn't working and there's feedback.
This means you didn't insert the removal handle vertically into the charging case when placing the hearing aid.
Please check and insert it vertically into the charging case. Then press the hearing aid firmly to ensure it makes full contact with the charging case.

Very good hearing
The hearing aids are small enough that they actually fit in my ear canal. Thank goodness.
My ears still itch w/them in. I hope that calms down when I wear them more. Changing loudness & modes is easy. So far I’m happy w/them.
Purchased as a gift for my brother. He is pleased with them and claims they produce a very clear sound, makes an excellent gift as he can now hear what is being said without the need to strain to hear what is being said to him.

I ordered this hearing aids because they are small and hardly visible. They amplify sound very effectively. It is easy to get used to. It has plenty of power to last through the day. I changed them overnight.
