I like my new hearing aid and chose to keep it before the 45 days was up. It is very clear sounding. The hearing aid is very user-friendly, as is the app which I put on my phone. It was sent to me in a timely manner. The chat people have been very helpful.

I purchased the SmartU Bluetoooth Hearing Aids for Seniors. I am actually in Day 4 of the learning process. So far my experience with them has been great. They were easy to connect to my WIFI. It was easy to download the app to control the hearing aids. I love how easy they are to charge and keep protected when I am not wearing them.

Any questions or concerns I had about my hearings aid I was given quick,and helpful responses.

Nice small little devices but unfortunately one stopped charging after a week. The charge doesn't last as long as it was advised.

Be mindful when you go walkabout leaving phone and Hearing aid charger It will disconnect from app But thats OK they still work Very comfortable and discreet
I have two other pairs of aids both of which I can here the haptic sounds on the mobile but strangely with the chosgo smartu aids I can't hear those sounds Yet wow are they clear for speech and great for TV listening Have not tried phone calls yet so cannot comment about that feature yet All in all I like my new beaut Chosgo Smartu Bluetooth Hearing Aids
