They are rubbish. I want to return the goods but I cannot find the supplier in the UK as there is no address on the invoice sent by email.
So any body reading this take my advice and go else where.

Finding at the moment one ear bit default to fit it might be that I haven’t found the right dome for that particular ear

Difficult to install doesn’t hold in my ears holes
On receipt of the hearing aids my wife was unable to position them in the ear canal, hence not suitable for her.Had they fitted would have been first class.
Thank you for hearing aids. They work wonderfully for me. I only use one hearing aid because I'm deaf in my other ear but what a difference it has made in my life. I'm 75 years young and I'm really enjoying life again. I don't have to ask people to repeat them self's anymore. I wish l would have gotten them sooner. These where such a good price l could afford them. Thank you again!!

Customer service can't be beat. The hearing aids themselves are small and discrete.. Bluetooth connected easily and the adjustments are easy to do on the app or the hearing aids themselves. The four different settings are helpful. I have very little hearing loss but I do have tinnitus and they helped with that. Unfortunately, my ears are just too small to eliminate feedback. But customer service was there to help. They offered the different solutions and I took advantage of one. I can say they are a nice set o of hearing aids with Bluetooth and will work fine for what I wanted them for.. I can't stress this enough, great customer service?
The hearing aids I ordered were for my mother-in-law. They arrived quickly, worked well, came with easy to follow instructions, and multiple tips to ensure a good fit. Unfortunately my mother-in-law has one very narrow ear canal and we needed to return the hearing aids. The excellent customer service provided by email at Chosgo made this a problem free process.
Still experimenting with dome sizes and settings but they do work, just my first set of aids and trying to get the right fitment

The 16mm domes work better than the 12mm domes. However, I wish they were a little deeper like the 12mm domes I replaced
The Hearing aids were received and they are a good size. I would say that the app is not very intuitive and could be hard for some elderly people to use.
Its great that we have blue tooth etc
these are the only over the counter hearing aids that will fit in my small ear canal
this is my second set as the other set got old and wouldn't stay charged all day
I recently acquired NHS hearing aids but decided to get these CHOSGO ones as a spare. They certainly amplify sound but the clarity is definitely not as good as the NHS ones. I like the chargeable facility which all works very well.
