I was having trouble with my hearing aids connecting to Bluetooth and with squelch and feedback. Support walked me through a complete reset, and I am now following the directions explicitly. I now have a better understanding of how the hearing aids need to adapt to a variety of environments and sound scenes. And how this is accomplished through the various sound settings! Okay as long as the volume does not turn up too high, where upon, serious feedback (noise picked up in the ear amplified causing constant "squealing" that can not be eliminated. Otherwise, without squealing, the aid seem to amplify i.e. pick up clear & discernable voice. But Squealing still a problem. Right side of the hearing aid, suddenly failed to work (no obvious reason, fully charged and no damage was done).
The feedback is due to a mismatch between your ear canal and the size of the hearing aid domes.
You need to replace them with domes of a different size and adjust the wearing position for optimal fit. (Please refer to the instruction manual for guidance on how to wear the hearing aid).
For the right hearing aid, you can try placing it in the charging case while connected to a USB power source to reactivate it. We have also sent you a new right hearing aid.

This hearing device is truly high-quality and very effective. Its small and lightweight design makes it extremely comfortable for daily use. The sound is clear and crisp, allowing you to hear every detail easily. Functional and well-made product!
I started to have issues with my hearing. Everything sounded like I was in a well and I heard a constant humming. I was having an issue hearing low tones. This hearing device has helped me so much. Especially when I am in a room where there is a lot of background noise. My hearing is clearer and the humming has reduced drastically. I like the case, it has a light on the front that indicates when it needs charging. I like the hearing aids as they are small and discreet. They have a little wire that I can pull them from my ears easily with. Each hearing device is labeled L&R and fits perfectly into my ear canals. Each hearing aid also has a volume control button and a wax guard. I like this device a lot and the battery life goes a long way. They are small, discreet, and comfortable. But more so they work very well and have helped improve my hearing drastically and allows me to lay in bed at night and watch television without a constant humming. I am so thankful for this company and they have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They are about pleasing their customers and helping me get the right hearing aid. I like this brand because if my hearing gets worse, I can move to another device. They also offer warranties on their devices and stand behind them. If I’m ever looking for another hearing device, I will definitely use CHOSGO!

I’ve been using the K23 Bluetooth OTC Hearing Aids for a short time and I’m very satisfied. The sound is clear, background noise is reduced, and it connects easily with Bluetooth. They fit comfortably and are lightweight, so I can wear them for hours without any issues. Battery life is also impressive. Definitely a good value for the price.
The ear buds are excellent but, for the quantity supplied, the price is far too excessive.
The price would not be a problem, but the number of bids would need to be doubled or tripled for it to be appropriate.

After careful research I decided to purchase the Smart U hearing aids. I was amazed at what they were capable of. The different settings, the comfort, the capabilities of the hearing aids and the fact that you can take a hearing test at home put the SmartU as a top pick for anyone.
The service rendered by Ghosgo is highly satisfactory , for every technical question about the product I received a quick and satisfied answer , Is quicker than a local supplier , they tried everything they can to please the customer in using the product in a perfect way ,
The squealing is much more than I thought it would be. Is there an app for the phone so the volume can be adjusted by the phone rather than the button on the hearing aid? I will give it a few more weeks so I hope I adjust to them better.
My expectations about this product was everywhere until I received, programmed and began using my new ears. I was sooo pleased with how user friendly and quality of hearing experienced. Thank you. I’m now exploring purchasing another pair for back up.

Needed a different model as my hearing was too bad for this one. They worked with me to upgrade to another model .
I wish my hearing was better because this one for my ears perfect and was small and unnoticeable. Trying another model. Customer service is great. They respond quickly and with a lot of information to help you with the models.
