SmartU Bluetooth have worked as advertised once paired with your phone.
Pairing was a bit troublesome possible due to poor instructions.
Streaming has good sound quality, with easy adjustment via the phone.

Not sure the model I chose is going work out for me. I have tiny ear canals and these stick out quite aways. These are the $99 aids. I think I need the ones for $179 that are the smallest. I can hear with these they are just to big and obvious.

The right aid came on at the push of the “on” switch. After several attempts I gave up on the left aid. It will not turn on.
Took tip of original hearing aid because was too big. Tried putting on smaller size and still can't get it on. Therefore cannot use hearing aids
Could do with better plugs for comfort. Sound quality is pretty good. I am still getting used to using hearing aids so having a little difficulty with close quarters conversations.Generally quite satisfied with product.
I am still evaluating the working of the aids. I believe it is far too early to give a proper review.

I purchased these hearing aids and when I received them I inquired about he hearing test so they could be setup. I was told I had to buy a premium plan. I asked how to return for a refund. they told me to go to the post office to send them back. The post office will not accept the hearing aids for shipment do to the Lithium battery. When I emailed support about this I have not heard back. It has been five business days since I emailed the support team. I basically have a pair if unusable hearing aids that cannot be returned. Do not buy these hearing aids.

I’m very happy with the way everything went from order to delivery.
This company goes not stand by their product. I been twice trying to get a RMA # to return this product. They are reluctant in sending this. I am well within my time time of 45 day return. Run. Don’t buy here. There are better company’s to buy than from from Chosgo.

Had hearing aides for two weeks. Right hearing aid no longer picks up sound.
I would like to suggest checking the following:
1. Please check if the wax guard is clogged with earwax; if so, please replace it with a new one promptly.
2. Please check if the dome is clogged with earwax; if so, please replace it with a new one promptly.
3. Please check if the hearing aid is charging correctly.
