This is such a great hearing aid. I love that they have a compact, rechargeable case. They are small and fit comfortably and discreetly in the ears. I love that they are Bluetooth compatible and so easy to use. I could hear crisp and clear. In fact I was speaking so low my husband thought I was telling him something I didnt want the kids to hear. Hes used to me talking loud and clear bjt I spoke very low with these in. For anyone who is experiencing declined hearing and know the frustration of not being able to hear and follow along with a conversation these are for you.

SmartU Bluetooth Hearing Aids for Seniors | AI Noise Reduction, App Self-Fit – CHOSGO

I exchanged the SmartR for the SmartU. I couldn’t understand how to control the SmartR settings. The SmartU took some work to set up but I was able to figure it out.
What I like about the SmartU is I am able to control the tone, bass, mids, and high. I have another set of hearing aids that doesn’t allow this, it is a nice feature.
I also like the fit, I have small ear canals. I like that I don’t have something hooked around my ear, even though that type is light in weight, after four or five hours it was uncomfortable with my glasses.

They are easy to work with when ordering and working out issues.

I am getting use to wearing them and thank you they are small enough for my ears

I like my new hearing aid and chose to keep it before the 45 days was up. It is very clear sounding. The hearing aid is very user-friendly, as is the app which I put on my phone. It was sent to me in a timely manner. The chat people have been very helpful.
