As someone who has loved ones with hearing loss and who works in a field helping to accommodate those with hearing issues, I was beyond excited to try the Chosgo hearing aids for my honest opinion. The packaging the hearing aids and supplies come in is so aesthetically pleasing and would make the perfect gift to yourself or others. The hearing aids come in a portable charging case which can be replenished by the USB-C included. It also comes with various tools to enhance your experience, including various cover sizes to comfortably fit your ears. The absolute coolest feature for me is the app you download and pair the hearing aids to which allows you to easily adjust the volume and change the mode to the environment you're currently in. I loved testing these out in various surroundings and seeing how they enhanced my hearing. There is also an instruction booklet which walks you through the process of gradually increasing wear time over about a week to properly adjust your hearing to the devices. Remember that at first you may experience a bit of sound as if you're in a tunnel as your ears adjust and this is totally normal. It was so endearing to let others try these as well and see their faces light up with excitement as we tested the devices by adjusting the volume we were speaking or where we were positioned. When I first ordered these hearing aids I did not receive the hearing test program with it at the same time. I had difficulty finding the volume without whistling. But once I received and ran the hearing test program and let it adjust the volume according to the results of the test it was like night and day. There was no whistling or feed back just pure sound. I find it is well worth spending the extra money on the self testing program so that it makes the necessary adjustments that is required. My clumsy finger generally ends up changing the volume when I'm putting them in in the morning so I simply run the test program which takes a few minutes and my hearing aids are set up for the day. I really like them and it's great not having to have people repeat what they say.
