Worked as described. Unfortunately I have lost my left ear aid & don't know if I can get a replacement
Nice equipment and spare parts nicely packaged at a reasonable price
For about 6 hours they are great .. the right one will not hold a charge to last any longer. If they would hold a longer charge everything else would be great.
All in all a good hearing aid. I would like to know where the volume is set. Even on the app you cannot tell if the volume is at minimum, the middle or the maximum setting.
Find a bit difficult placing in ear hope I will get better at that.but very pleased with the working of them.
I tried these new hearing aids and were impressed. Unfortunately, my hearing loss is not compatible with the V03B. I contacted CHOSGO and requested a refund under their guarantee and I received a return number and have sent them back. This guarantee of CHOSGO is a great asset to this company and is worthy of the management to uphold the benefit. There are not many companies in the world that offer a guarantee as a selling tool and stick by them. This is very impressive to me, and I recommend particularly their super service. My hearing aids left their warehouse almost the same day as ordered, delivered to Canada quickly and are a good product. Upon my decision to return my hearing aids they contacted me and offered alternative options which again is an honest offer. Thanks, CHOSGO - I appreciate your super service. Bob

This is the second sound tube I had to purchase. The first one never worked; this one works fine (so far).
unsure but just might take awhile to get use to ? i hear to many internal noises breathing heart rate , and then to many none essential noises ,fans, dishwashers, wind , road noises . and taking a bit to get use to ear inserts little bit of itchiness inside ear . can't wear while wearing helmet getting a buzzing noise . help welcomed limited use just using when needed social settings .working on it
I think they are a real winner but do take a little time to get used to like you suggested. However I am very very disappointed to find you selling them for $200.00 less than what I paid before I even received them! I paid $534.00 and see them on your website at $299,00 Makes it very hard to recommend you to my other senior friends!....................Terry
This tiny hearing aid fits inside the ear canal like an expensive invisible hearing aids on the market. Does a beautiful job depending on the range of hearing loss. It's a better value than its price. I will recommend this for a moderate hearing loss.
I received the hearing aids today and every time they disconnect from my iPhone I get a loud screech on both hearing aids. Plus the connection and disconnect all of the time.
They have very realistic sound. I am happy with the sound. What I do not like , though it may be due to a learning curve, at about mid range volume the begin to screech very loud. People sitting across the room hear them. This doesn't do my ears a lot of good. I am trying to work this out with the four programs and volume.
Another thing, it seems that every time I remove them from the charger, they need to be reset, and start all over again. They almost work for me but I'm not yet satisfied.
Are your upper quality better in these areas?
I'm 80, I am just beginning to loose higher frequency hearing, but I was bourn with fairly severe tinnitus that has always been a problem to hear past. I like them but not quite there yet.
I'm having trouble with them pairing with my phone after talking to customer support they explained how to fix that and now they work good sound and comfortable. I'm very happy that I got these.
