I'm Going to Upgrade -- Don't lile the screwdriver volume adjustment

If you are on an extreme budget, I highly recommend. For me though, I found the need to use a screwdriver to adjust the volume to be too inconvenient. I emailed the company to see if I can exchange these for the next model up which uses buttons to adjust the volume and also has four sound settings. So, my recommendation is: If your budget is ultra-tight, go for the base model. If you can find the extra dollars for the next model up, you will find that money well spent.

Not for me

The product was attractively packaged and seemed well made. I found out, however, that the in the ear style was not for me. Pushing the aid into my ear compacted the earwax and made my hearing worse.
