Do you also hear less? Do you also come here looking for Audien hearing aid reviews? Among several other companies, I have also used Audien. So you don't need to worry; I'll answer all your questions based on my experiences.

Alongside it, I'll also share its key features, pros and cons and customer reviews and ratings from some of the most popular platforms. After reading this article, you will be able to make an informed decision whether to use them or not.

Design and Features Of Audien Hearing Aids

When choosing hearing aids, I first looked at the design and features. For me, it's a major factor in making a decision. Here's what I found with Audien hearing aids:

  • Portable Charging Case: It was only available with the Atom Pro, Atom Pro 2, and BTE models. You'll need to charge other models at home, which I didn't like. On the other hand, if you notice Chosgo, almost all of their OTC hearing aids have portable charging cases.
  • Listening Modes: The Atom and Atom Pro have just one mode for listening, which is a limitation. On the other hand, the Atom 2, Atom Pro 2, and BTE offer four different modes for different environments. On the other hand, if I compare it with Chesgo, SmartU Rechargeable OTC Hearing Aids has 6 different models.
  • Volume Adjustment: Adjusting the volume on the Atom and Atom Pro requires using a screw which I didn't like. The newer models like Atom 2 and Atom Pro 2 use simple taps, which I found much more convenient.
  • Cleaning Feature: Only the Atom Pro 2 uses UV light in the charging case for cleaning. I wish it were available for all other models, too.
  • Money-Back Guarantee and Free Shipping: Audien gives a 45-day money-back guarantee and free shipping, but due to the high competition in the USA, almost all the OTC hearing aid providers offer it.

Audien Hearing Aids Reviews And Rating

Audien had mixed customer reviews and ratings. Some customers said these were good, while others were not satisfied. Below are the Audien reviews from some of the very popular websites.

Hearing Tracker

The Audien hearing aids reviews were very poor at HearingTracker. They received an overall 2.1 rating out of 5. The company listed them among the bottom 5% of all hearing aids tested. Each part of the hearing aid scored low on average. Overall, the Audien Hearing Atom does not perform well in most areas.

Trust Pilot

Audien Hearing Aids received comparatively good reviews from Trustpilot. These received an average 4.3-star rating based on 709 reviews on Trustpilot. Most people trusted the service; however, some disliked it.

USA Today

The third review, which I included, is from USAToday. They said the device doesn't have a custom fit or connect to an app. They stated these are good for people who aren't good with technology.

It was the public's opinion on using Audien hearing aid reviews. Now, let's move on to the pros and cons section based on my personal experiences.

Audien Hearing Aids Pros And Cons

Here are a few pros and cons I noticed while using Audien hearing aids

Pros

The pros include

  • These were easy to buy, so I delivered them to my doorstep.
  • I liked its battery timing. It almost lasts a day.
  • Audien offers multiple designs, so there were plenty of options for me
  • Audine is FDA-registered, which gave me peace of mind.
  • The prices were also fair, which I liked.

Cons

The cons on my list include;

  • I found limited use of advanced technology in Audien hearing aids. It means there were fewer modern features like telecoil, Bluetooth, digital noise reduction, etc.
  • Another thing that I hated the most was the non-resistance to water
  • I was not satisfied with the comfort level of the audio hearing aids.
  • Lastly, these were difficult to use.

Are Audien Hearing Aids Worth It?

I have used Audien hearing aids for quite some time, and here is what I found. I liked the pricing and some other factors, but there were a lot of drawbacks as well. It was an okay choice, but I found a massive gap between its qualifications and those of other top models like Chesgo and Jabra.

I would prefer Chosgo over it anytime I was given a chance. I used V03B Mobile APP Control Bluetooth Hearing Aids by Chicago. I loved its mobile control and other features. What I liked the most was buying them for just $399.00 with 50% off. This offer is still active; even if it's not, I would still go for them.
